Maternity Photos, Camping, etc...

On Sunday August 15th we had our maternity photo session at the West Hartford Resevoir. The pictures came out fabulous - we are so happy! We are 23 days away from our due date and looking forward to Samantha's arrival more & more every day. This past weekend we went on our last camping trip before Sammie's arrival. We went to Blackrock State Park in Thomaston, CT. We went hiking and swimming & used our LL Bean "mansion tent" for the first time ever. The weather was perfect - it waited until Sunday morning to rain - just in time for us to pack up lots of wet camping gear. We got it all home and cleaned up though so it was worth it. Even at 9 months pregnant I still really enjoy camping & I think Sammie liked it too.

We finished all our classes and both Craig & I feel we are ready to become parents... as scary as that thought is! Now we just have to wait until Sammie is ready for her big arrival!
