Sammie got up VERY early on Thanksgiving morning to help daddy start the smoker for the turkey. Here she is enjoying an early morning catnap on daddy.
Great Grandma & Grandpa came all the way from Florida to meet Sammie on Thanksgiving.
Sammie was SO excited she didn't take ANY of her naps during the day, so by dinner time she was VERY sleepy - but I had to get a picture of her in her Thanksgiving bib!
Friday morning we were back at home & Sammie was sitting on the couch with daddy, she has started grabbing onto everything & she got hold of his sweatshirt strings & didn't want to let go.
Friday afternoon daddy sat Sammie up on the couch & she supported herself - these are pictures of her smiling at him!
We hiked all the way to the top of the hill looking through all the trees - and enjoying the beautiful views along the way.
We even saw some turkeys! Guess they managed to escape this Thanksgiving!
